Anyone try aluminum deoxidizer from California Custom? - custom aluminum fishing boats

Has anyone used the aluminum deoxidation products is tailored to California? I have polished aluminum wheels high that by acidic wheel cleaners, and read in California, custom website with a deoxidation of aluminum with an acid that will damage the tires clean. I am a little worried because the acid causes damage to the wheels and now I want the acid, the wheels turn white.Anyone have to apply some experience with cleaning polished aluminum wheels?
